Hey there, Paracosmic fam! 🌟 We're all about making sure you absolutely adore your new goodies. That's why we've got a sweet return policy just for you! For our Aussie mates, you've got 14 days, and for our international crew, you've got a cool 30 days from the day you receive your treasure to make up your mind. 🚀

Refunds

  1. Return Received: Once we get your return, you'll hear from us via email to confirm we've got your item back.
  2. Approval or Rejection: We'll also give you the thumbs up (or down) on your refund.
  3. Processing the Refund: If it's a go, we'll have that refund processed and sent to your original payment method in no time!

Late or Missing Refunds

Feeling like your refund's gone MIA? 👉 First, double-check that bank account of yours. Next, hit up your credit card company; sometimes those funds take a little while to show up. Then, have a chat with your bank. Still nothing? Shoot us a message at [email protected], and we’ll sort it out together. 💫

Sale Items

Heads up! Only regular-priced items can be refunded, so sale items are unfortunately non-refundable.

Return Shipping Costs

A quick FYI - you’ll need to cover the shipping costs for sending your item back. Shipping costs won’t be refunded, and if you do get a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted. 📦 Depending where you're at, the time it takes for your cool exchanged gear to find its way to you might vary.

For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or getting shipping insurance—better safe than sorry, right? Keep in mind, we can't guarantee we'll get your returned item without it.
